These Terms govern your use of omenpsychic.space and the Omen app (the “Service”), provided by OMEN PSYCHIC, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registration UDYAM-RJ-08-0140013), based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India (“Omen”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your phone number or Google account secure. One person, one account.
What Omen is
Omen offers psychic chats, horoscopes and tarot readings for entertainment only. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not rely on the Service for decisions about your health, safety, legal matters or finances. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services (in Australia, call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14).
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$) and include any applicable taxes. You pay at checkout for a prepaid credit pack, which is added to your Omen wallet. Chats are billed per minute from your wallet at the price shown for each psychic before you start, and a chat ends when your credit runs out. New accounts receive a free first chat of up to 3 minutes, as shown in the app.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its secure checkout. Omen does not receive or store your card number.
Wallet credit
Wallet credit can only be used on the Service. It has no cash value outside the Service, cannot be transferred to another account and does not expire while your account is open. Refunds of unused credit are covered by the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service or its sign-in and payment systems.
- No fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or misuse of promotions such as the free first chat.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund your unused paid credit.
Content
You keep ownership of what you write. You allow Omen to store and process it to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ratings must reflect your genuine experience.

Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Omen is not liable for decisions you make based on readings, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app of material changes before they apply. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law also applies to you, and you may bring a claim in the courts of the Australian state or territory where you live. Otherwise, the courts of Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
