This Refund Policy explains refunds for purchases on Omen, provided by OMEN PSYCHIC, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Prepaid credit
You can ask for a refund of unused paid credit within 7 days of buying it. Credit already spent on chats is not refundable, except as described below. The free first chat is a promotion and has no cash value.
Chat sessions
If a chat failed because of a technical problem on our side (for example, you were charged but no replies arrived), contact us within 7 days and we will review it and return the affected amount to your wallet or your card.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email or phone number linked to your account, with the date and amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. While a dispute is being reviewed, related credit may be held or removed from your wallet.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you. For example, if the Service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
